Catches of the Day: 6 Yellowfin Tuna

Just a quick report and update of the fishing on our local waters yesterday with a great group of guys that fish hard with us until the end….!

We started out with some very small deans from dana bait receiver at 0400 and made our way south west for grey light and looking for life…

It took about 2 hours for things to come together and hook our first 2 fish and boat one… We ran hard and stayed on the fish for about 3 hours, making stops for 1 & 2’s and some stops that did not produce…

We had have a problem of pulling small hooks from these larger fish due to our small bait , but all the guys got one and some got 2 fish.

The weather was suppose to be up , but we had grease conditions out side , so those that made it out got a nice window of weather.

There is still a huge VOL of fish to be had for those who are willing to put in the time , and wear and tear of the run and gun method.

Good job to the others out there yesterday working together on the pods.

Thanks again guys for fishing Seasons Sportfishing , lots of laughs all day!
